How to view call history for a specific number

Hiii,

Where I can find the details from the last 1-4-9 months for a specific number.

If you want to hold data for longer than 6 months, you need to configure a billing server, CUCM is not a data repository server and won't hold under any circumstance a year worth of CDR data.

I am trying to do the same thing going back a year, but it says there is no data available from before July 1, 2013.  Need help!

Wrong forum, post in "IP telephony". You can move your posting with the Actions panel on the right.

If it is a phone registered with Callmanager then you can use CDR Analysis and reporting tool and use the Search by extension option.
