Hunt Config in CEM 8.6

Hi,

I have configured the below hunt:

voice hunt-group 1 sequential

list 000,001,002,003

timeout 15

pilot 004

=============================================

The problem that i am facing is: once it rings 003, it keeps on ringing for ever...Kindly sugegst what needs to be done...

Hi there,

Try the "Final" command

voice hunt-group 1 sequential

list 000,001,002,003

final xxxx where xxxx = the DN you want to forward to (like VM pilot#)

timeout 15

pilot 004

There is no VM. I tried the final command & gave 003 (the last phone in the hunt)..But no success…

start the cycle over again?

You could try;

timeout 15,15,15,180

Which would allow 3 minutes (180 seconds) for 003 to answer

Hi Partha,

You can configure the "hops 3" command under the voice hunt-group 1 sequential to stop hunting at 003.
