Guys,
Got a doubt with Voicemail.
Scenario is:
User called an extension 1000 and after few rings when no answer / busy the call would forward to another extension 1001 and still no answer / user busy then the call should go to the Voicemail for extension 1000.
Can anyone suggest steps to achieve this scenario.

Hard to say, if you don't mention what you're using...
assuming CUC, that's the default behavior.

Thanks Jamie. Yes its CUC. Sorry for not mentioning.
But the call goes to the forwarded extension 1001 VM not the original extension 1000 VM.
