Hi Guys,
I have CUCM ver 11 and have the last management were installed CUWL 35 license in PLM, but give me 0 installed license and insufficient license. I have 3 Enhanced phone and 28 Basic phone, but no one of them is got the license from PLM!
the problem I cannot do any thing in CUCM for example to add user or edit SIP trunk configuration because I got error message related to insufficient license!
How can I solve the issue?

Go to plm license usage and check the license installed.
Make sure you added the CUCM instance on PLM

The license file is fulfilled there and CUCM instance added!

I did! and showed me synch successfully but still insufficient license

Asper your lic7.png, license file has expiry date mentioned which is 15 April 2020. Not sure why, you need to contact licensing TAC. please open a Licensing SR from below link.
