ICM AW Configuration Manager getting error when SideB AW Down.

Hi ,

I have 2 Progger Machine  (Progger Sida A and Progger Side B) and AW/HDS installed on Progger  Machine.

(ICM Version 7.5 and SQL version -2005)

I am unable to  open Configuration Manager in AW when Progger B went down. It give me an error  "  Failed to update the database ,

Unable to initialize the real-time feed for instance silah. Unable to proceed until the real-time can be established.The feed may be inactive or you may not have permission to connect to the feed."

Is it necessary for both Progger should be active when changes to be done on Configuration Manager.
