Hey sajid231088, can you provide more details about your problem?
What is the call flow for this scenario (something like PSTN -> FXO -> GW -> MGCP? -> CUCM -> IP Phone) ?
Was this working or is a new setup?
Depending on the call flow, we can enable some debugs and see what is happening. It would also be useful if you can share the "show run", "show version" and "show voice port summary" of the GW.

hey cesavila,
sorry for the late reply.
Thanks for your reply.
incoming issue has been resolved, it was small configuration error.
now i am facing one more issue i.e caller id shows on "0" on the display.
i mean whenever i got call on my desk phone i.e. cisco ip phone instead of showing caller's full number on my phone it shows only 0.
please suggest a solution
if you need any details please let me know

Number is getting manipulated either in Voice Gateway or CUCM.
Please provided below info
1) Complete Call Flow
2) VG Configuration specifically voice translation rules, num expansion and dial-peers.
3) CUCM SLD Logs for the call, Or you can try DNA for the call on CUCM to see the manupulations.
Thanks
Haris

As you are using MGCP, hence Dial-peer or translation profile will not be applied expcept in case of SRST. So we need to look in CUCM.
1) First you can try Dial led Number Analyzer ( CUCM Serviceability page Tools>Dial led Number Analyzer ) . Choose the MGCP Port and simulate Incoming Call. Paste the output here
2) You can use the CDR Report to check about the calling Number received.
Go to CUCM Serviceability Tools>CDR Analysis and Reporting, search of the call and under CDR>Search by Extension and collect the details of Original Calling Number. Paste the output here
2) You can collect the SDL Logs for the CUCM for the duration and use TranslatorX tool to analyze the logs. Attache the log here.

Dear Haris,
sorry to give you wrong info.
actually there is no MGCP.
we have single PSTN line which is coming to FXO card it is 0f 4 port FXO card which has mounted on cisco 1900 series router and from router their is a cisco switch and then IP Phones.
PSTn -> FXO->GW->SW->IP Phones
please suggest.
