Hi team
I have some issue with my service provider in Chile (Movistar) we don't have any problem to the outside calls, but when have a incoming call, i don't see the numbers. The provider say they sending 4 digit from the PSTN, tested by them and working with the old PBX.
I attach the configuration and debug vpm signal from the inside and outside calls.
the IOS version is c2951-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-4.M2.bin

Hi,
you need to use debug isdn q931 and make an inbound test.
under the dial-peer voice 1 add the port and translation-profile
dial-peer voice 1 pots
description Circuit ID
translation-profile incoming PSTN_In
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:1
under int gigaether0/0 add
interface GigabitEthernet0/0
ip address 172.16.77.254 255.255.255.0
h323 voip interface
h323 voip bindsrc addr 172.16.77.254
make sure you add the gateway as H323 to CCM

forget the isdn debug,
do the recommended config and it will work for inbound
under the dial-peer voice 1 add the port and translation-profile
dial-peer voice 1 pots
description Circuit ID
translation-profile incoming PSTN_In
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:1
under int gigaether0/0 add
interface GigabitEthernet0/0
ip address 172.16.77.254 255.255.255.0
h323 voip interface
h323 voip bindsrc addr 172.16.77.254
make sure you add the gateway as H323 to CCM

The translation profile it's not necesary, becose it's only for transform 4 digit to 3 digit, but i don't see any digit! in the config also have a dial-peer 210 voip wiht a destination-pattern 96.. (deleted by mistake when uploading the configuration) The provider send me 96XX
also I don't sure if h323 voip commando under my interface is necessary because only have one interface alive.
Regards.

h323 voip command is needed, it is not related to one interface alive.
for the incoming dial-peer it should assigned to voice port also
did you check the configuration without translation-profile ?

Anas thanks for your help, but why do you say the incoming dial-peer need assigned to the voice-port?
and the translation-profile and rule it's ok, i remove the command for test and create the dial-peer with 4 digit and the incoming calls still dosen't working.
regards.

you need the voice port to match the incoming calls to this port.
can you add the voice port and test.

I put the command as you say but, the incoming calls still no working, i think the problem it's in the r2 cas signaling.
Any idea?

Folk,
Let issue the command:
debug voice ccapi inout
check the information of: calling number and called number, or you can post it here
Besides, let try : "isdn overlap-receiving" under serial 0/0/1:15

The debug voice ccapi inout don't show any output and the interface it's a E1 CAS not a isdn

Again: This is E1 R2, NOT ISDN.
OP already took the correct debugs in first posting.

Telco is sending two digits, configure accordingly.
