IP communicator dialing in and out problem.

Hi, user has IPC v.8.6.6.0 , the same version is  working on my pc with no problem, but user is has problem: 

when he dials any number via IPC nothing happens , when i dial his number its not ringing on his IPC , but rings on his jabber and deskphone. 

IPC shows registered in CUCM . 

Any idea how can we fix this ?

Check for local firewall in User PC, Disable windows firewall or any other antivirus software & test.

windows firewall is disabled.

I found what was causing this problem: so user has  2 NICs wireless and wired. He provided wireless mac address for IPC but IPC was registered with wired lan ip . I asked user to disconnect net cable , ipc registered with wireless and everything works now.
