We have several IP communicator devices configured on our CUCM, we deployed these in tandem with extension mobility for remote contact center agents. We have upgraded our UCCX 12.5SU1 so there should be no longer the restriction for shared lines. I know that the EOL has been announced for Communicator but I don't see that it is deprecated in the 14.X release. Just wanting to get some advise, if others have stopped using Communicator and migrated to Jabber with shared line status.

We have discontinued use of CIPC in favour of Webex that control the CSF device. So in general we have done what you ask for, but not with Jabber as the end user software client.

We have UCCE 12.5. with CUCM 11.5. How we can use Webex app for finesse Login ? Any documents ?
