Describe your setup

What command should I use?

It is not about the command that you need to run. Kindly describe your issue here with Topology and the call flow. For Ex:-
-Are you using CUCM or CME ?
-What exactly is happening while calling ?
-Share the exact call flow of the affected calls.
-Is this a new set up and was working earlier ?

Ok, I'm using CUCM System version: 10.5
If it's an incoming call, it's immediatly interrupted and in case of outcoming call, it gives a busy line. And sometimes, it gives a noisy line and it cuts
Thank u in advance

Protocols being used ? PRI/POTS etc ? SIP/H.323.MGCP ?

IP Protocols : SIP,MGCP,H.323
Analog Telephony Protocols : POTS,FXO
Digital Telephony Protocols : BRI

So you are using all the protocols for your calls ? Which is the problematic call flow ?

The problem is that (in and out )calls ara disconnected after a while or we hear some noise and after that it's immediatly chopped off..I don't know if it's a provider problem or not, cuz the local calls are working just fine.

I understand but we need to know what your call flow/protocols are in order to suggest any changes/logs etc for troubleshooting. Is there a GW ? Can you send a "show run" from the CLI of the GW alongwith the IP addresses of your CUCM ?

You find the result of the 'show run' in the attached txt file
