ip phone button issue.

hi,

i have ip phone 7821 model and cucm 11.5. in recent tab on ip phone, i can see only received call but no dialed log is shown. What could be the problem? how do i resolve it?

Hi there

Could you post your running phone firmware. I just tested in my lab CUCM (11.0) and the phone load is (10-3-1-12). Seems to be good at my end. 

Could be a firmware issue. Worth upgrading and test it.
