hi,
My concern is :
- For 555 XXX, can we leave the greeting message for customer call in ?
- Beside play the greeting, can we forward this number out to ring Shanghai another number that belong in another office ?
And how to check if the 555 XXX is part of E1/T1 hunting line ?

Currently there is no dedicated receptionist at office so when caller dialed the main number 555 XXX Main and pressed “0” for operator, it will ring the 2nd line on one of my colleague desk phone.

You need to provide mode details on your environment. What system are you using, how are the remote sites configured, i.e. on the same CUCM/Unity Connection system. Perhaps try to elaborate more on your requirements as I am not fully following what you are attempting to accomplish, i.e. describe the desired call flow.

as of now no but I have concerns on other issue regarding my Cisco phone login issue.
Sometime when I login to my remote Pc (7945 connected to it) the phone cannot get registered and in cucm it says unregistered but it works with my colleague login credential
