I am interested in using Cisco Unified Video Advantage for Video calling integrated with some of our IP Phones. Is this application/camera system compatible with the Cisco 8961 IP Phones?
Let me know what you think,
Thanks,
Jim

Sorry, forgot the 8961s existed as I never saw one in real live as at their price point it makes no sense when you can get 8945 video phone for half the price :-)

Why would you need VVT with 89XX phones if those have video built in?
If you are asking about if video between 89XX and VVT endpoint will work, then the answer is yes.

The 99x phones have video built in not the 89xx. It looks like from the latest release notes from version 2.3 of CUVA that the 8961 is supported with video advantage.
