Issue with Adding DP-9841 and DP-9851 Phones in Cisco CUCM 15

I'm encountering an issue with adding new phones to Cisco CUCM 15. When I attempt to add the phones by navigating to Device -> Phones and selecting "Add Phones," the devices I want to add, specifically the DP-9841 and DP-9851 models, are not listed. Could you help me identify what might be causing this issue or what I might have overlooked?

You need below device pack file:

cmterm-devicepack15.0.1.12004-1.cop.sha512

To add new models of phones you’ll need to install a device pack.

Hi everyone,

I want to express my gratitude. After I uploaded the device pack, everything is working perfectly. I've registered all the phones (DP-9840, DP-9850) to CUCM. Thank you!

After adding the device pack. 9851phones are not registering. firmware downloading and showing unregistered.  I have tried collecting the logs from RTMT. in CUCM cluster we have only one publisher. All services are running. But after logging in RTMT. it is not prompting for cucm SDL or event viewer page. directly going to last screen on the RTMT from collect files. After that nothing is happening. My cucm version System version: 15.0.1.10000-32

I would recommend moving to SU2 instead of 15 FCS.

Did the firmware upgrade complete successfully?

Yes, my Device pack installation and latest firmware loaded to the cucm. Firmware upgrade completed? 

 

When i run the utils test diagnose. i have warning on tomcat sessions. do i need do any thing to fix it? Also i have issue with RTMT. it is not giving the options to collect files.  like when i click on collect files. it is directly showing thet screeen of timezone and folder path. previous screens are not shown like cucm sdl logs, event manager, lot other 2 screens.

We cannot tell you the status of your device package installation/firmware upgrade. It’s only visible for someone who has direct access to the system. On your question about Tomcat, it sounds like you might have an issue with web services on your system. Have you tried restarting all the Tomcat services. I echo @Nithin Eluvathingal advice on upgrading to SU2 from the FCS release.
