does any have an idea about the compatibility between Pantel IP and CUCM 7.0 ?

Did you make the registration with a Pantel IP door line and the Communications Manager?

Probably setting up a SIP TRUNK with UDP port 5060

Allow the incoming CSS to find the IP phone or hunt pilot etc partition.

Set up the PANTEL as the TRUNK option section 4.2 on page 15

Yes that’s right, I added a SIP trunk and let the doore line make calls to the reception.

Hi Alex,

Sorry to interrupt you again. But I have other problem with the door line.

DTMF tones are not “hear” at the door line. I configured the trunk with the option DTMF signaling method RFC 2833, on the door line I use the same DTMF option (RFC 2833), but when the reception press a number to open the door, the door line doesn’t open. We use 7962 SCCP phones.

Have you an idea what I can do, that DTMF is transferred via the trunk?

I have the same problem - however it does work with a model 8961 phone. Did you ever get a solution?
