Jabber client is not finding all users on CUCM

I have a cluster CUCM 14.5 There are a list of end users on this cluster.

The Jabber client only finds two users from this list. Though all users were created equally. All users have the same Service Profile. Jabber uses UDS type

I can't understand why  only two end users get into directory source.

FYI There is no such thing as CM 14.5.

What do you search? What is your search string?
AFAIK you need at least 3 letters, so that Jabber starts a search. And then it only displays the contacts, that contain the search string.

I'm sorry for the typo
CUCM 14.0

I'm trying to find a user and so I'm entering a user's name.
I'm trying to use direct link to check

https://cucms.loc:8443/cucm-uds/users?max=22&start=0&name=user_name

For one user, I get a response. For another user, no response is returned. Although both users exist on the CUCM

Starting 14 release there are no .x releases, so it's only 14 and applicable SU if you have installed one.

Have you configured Jabber to use UDS? You have to explicitly configure it because it's not the default directory source.

Another one, who cannot answer the questions asked ...

Post a screenshot of the search string in jabber.
Post a screenshot of the end user page, which the search string should find.

I'm trying to find two users and typing user's names. Jabber sends requests to CUCM node. One user's request returns all information about user. Another user's request returns "found 0 records"
There are both users in End User list on CUCM.

Hi

Did you hide the first and last name or your are not syncing these information from LDAP?

Please let us know

Confirm the LDAP settings in CUCM for user directory synchronization. Ensure that LDAP is configured correctly and that the users in question are part of the LDAP directory.

Check if there are any LDAP filters or restrictions that might be limiting a visibility of certain users.
