Hello everyone,
I recently added a couple of softphones for our call center agents to let them work from home using AnyConnect VPN, Phones are registred and working just fine, but couldn't define them in WFOQM software (Calabrio) to be recorded, all the physical phones are displayed except of Jabber phones are not listed, do you have any idea guys ?

Are the phones associated with proper CTI user used for the Calabrio integration?
