Language support for Cisco SIP 8845 (CME)

Hi!

I'm trying to change the language on the 8845 phone according to the guide:

The process fails with error "Error Updating Locale". I am using CME version 12.6 on ISR4331.

Has anyone set up a different language on the SIP 8845 on CME?

Hi,

You need to get the local file from cisco website, upload it to CME, then
configure it using tftp-server command. Just download the full CME tar file
from cisco, extract it and then use the suitable locale file for your
language.
