Hi fellows.
Everytime I try to login in License Manager I find a blank web page.
I have tried by rebooting the server, I have regenerated IPSec cert and restarting the DRF local and master services, I even did reset the license manager user password but no success.
Does anybody have a clue of how to fix it?

Which browser are you using to access the Enterprise License Manager web page?
Have you tried using Internet Explorer?
There is a known defect CSCul30396 which says ELM GUI does not display properly, when trying to access ELM using latest version of Chrome or Firefox. As suggested in the workaround you can try accessing ELM using Internet Explorer 9 and 10.
