Hello,
If I receive a call on a Sip phone (9951), no name is displayed. However, when I look in the local directory, the entries are present.
With SCCP phones everything is ok.
Do you have any idea what could that be?

SIP phones do not support directory lookup for external calls, an many other things.
However you can use my script "number to name". It can be acquired on the website mentioned in my profile.

Internal calls should show names. Maybe update IOS, phne firmware, check everything over again, etc.

That is a pity. My concern is simply for the local (internal) calls. The problem I have only SCCP to SIP Phones. SCCP to SCCP works.
Calls from SIP to SCCP and from SCCP to SCCP are ok.
Calls from SCCP to SIP are not ok.
