LOCAL USER LANGUAGE WON'T CHANGE CUCM 9.1

hello guys

i have problem with a cucm 9.1, i download the file contine franch language for phones and i installed by ftp, in local user phone language show me that the phone in franch but physiqly it's in english.

it won't be change to franch even reset to factory..

is there any suggestion ???

Did you restart TFTP after installing the COP file?

Did you reset the phone? It needs to download the COP file from TFTP.

To confirm: the User Locale field on the Device Configuration page is what you're referring to, correct?

Yes i restart the service and after that i restart the server but with no result, i restart the phones to but with result.

Can u try uploading the Locale again using SFTP and then, check.Please refer the link.

earlier version was 8.1.2

the new version is 8.3.1
