Login button hunt group not working

Hi,

I have configured a user to be able to login and logout of their hunt group.

All seems to be working fine the user is able to logout and then when they click the login softkey it lights up and seems to have logged them in.

Issue is when I dial the hunt group their phone is not ringing even though the hunt group light is lit..

Can anyone help?

Hi,

In the device, The "Logged Into Hunt Group" are in -V ?

Also, in the directory number - Did you saw the correct "Line Group" that configured in the Hunt Pilot?
