Long Delay in IDD calls with FAC

Hi

We have cucm 9.1, we have IDD route pattens with FAC enabled, I noticed that there is a long delay when dialing IDD numbers, CUCM route patten 00!, in the VGW dial-peer has 00T, can we adjust this waiting time ?

can we adjust waiting time after entering FAC ?

You can adjust the inter-digit timer by changing the T302 service parameter in CUCM under service parameters --> CallManager

Change T302 or add # to route pattern like

00!#,

After  dialing number, press #.

As chris said its better to set T302 timer to 4000.

I guess this should solve ur problem.
