Is this true for both Contact Center agents and telephony users?

And what happens if media forking is done by CUBE.. then I think it should be supported?

Yes we forking the media via Cube and the agents are using EM. It works very well and it is supported by TAC I've had to reach out to them before. Since techincally they are just supporting the audio forking.
