looks okay... are you sure this is the right gateway?
what version of CUCM do you have and what version of IOS are you running on the VG? did this ever work?

Remote to VG and use this command "show isdn status" and see the result at Layer 1 and Layer 2.

hi!
Voicegateway is the router name as it is presented to call manager. if you go into CUCM and go to device --> gateway and looking for a device called voicegateway you should be able to do a show endpoints to confirm the routers IP address. Have your staff log into that router and do the command above. Also, do a show log and see what the router is saying for the time period CUCM is generating the alert. It's possible the PRI is bouncing and by the time your staff gets into the router.. the PRI is backup again.
Do you have any reports of dropped calls?
Thanks!

Type
sh isdn st ( to check the status of pri Or t1).
Sh controller t1 0/0/0 ( this will show the alerts or error in ckts where 0/0/0 is the interface where t1 is configured )
