Remote to VG and use this command "show isdn status" and see the result at Layer 1 and Layer 2.

hello ,

i asked to my team regarding same, and they there is no PRI @ DC,HO and all branches. How Shoould i sort out this. We are getting multiple alerts in day.

Any Solution for this.

Still, i am getting same alerts.

MGCP DChannel is out-of-service
D-Channel-Out-Of-Service status in gateway device(s): S0/SU0/DS1-0@voicegateway

hi!

Voicegateway is the router name as it is presented to call manager. if you go into CUCM and go to device --> gateway and looking for a device called  voicegateway you should be able to do a show endpoints to confirm the routers IP address.  Have your staff log into that router and do the command above.  Also, do a show log and see what the router is saying for the time period CUCM is generating the alert.  It's possible the PRI is bouncing and by the time your staff gets into the router..  the PRI is backup again.

Do you have any reports of dropped calls?

Thanks!

hello,

As you suggesetd me, i followed the same and i observed that there is no ip address
