Hello Experts,
We have hybrid telephony environment where we are using MGCP QSIG to interconnect CUCM and Siemens. We have one E1 PRI configured for QSIG MGCP PRI.
Siemens Phones <----> Siemens TDM <----> VG30D <-----> 2911 ISR <----> CUCM <----> Cisco IP Phones
Siemens Redirected Number ----> Hunt Pilot
We have started experiencing one way audio problem between calls from CUCM IP phones to Siemens Forwarded Numbers only. The one-way audio happens only with forwarded numbers. We have few numbers forwarded to huntpilot numbers. When calling the huntpilots directly we don't see a problem. When calling the redirected number we see the one way voice issue.
For your information, We did upgrade out CUCM 8.5.10000 to 8.5.139000 last week. Thanks for your time and help on this.
Best Regards,

Hi,
Cisco IP Phone ---> Hunt Pilot ----> Works Fine
Cisco IP Phone --> Number in Siemens (Forwarded to Hunt Pilot) ---> One Way audio problem - Cisco Phone User can hear but the Siemens Phone user Could not hear.
Yes the Hunt Pilot and Redirected number both reside in Siemens System.
Many Thanks

Hello,
I get you.So in the below call flow , try to collect packet capture at 2911 GW and see, is there 2 way audio or not.In this way, we can isolate the problem meaning Cisco Phone , CUCM sends the RTP stream till GW or not.
Siemens Phones <----> Siemens TDM <----> VG30D <-----> 2911 ISR <----> CUCM <----> Cisco IP Phones
Thanks
Siva
