No but I would also like to know, maybe even just a picture or something?

Hello, mstorm

I have recieve complite information from Cisco.

CTS-MIC-DIR= Directional Microphone, includes 7.5 M cable This is an Audio Technica AT871UG. Specifications are identical to AT871R, attached.

If you need datesheets, you can contact me and I will send it to you.

Additional informaton about

CTS-MIC-CLNG= Ceiling Mic Audio Science MIC-CLNG= Instructor ceiling mounted mic These are both AudioScience mics.

MIC-LP= Low Profile Microphone

MIC-UNIDIR= Uni-Directional Boundary Microphone W/ 7.5 M Cable

SENSITIVITY: Nominal -10dBV/Pa +/- 1.5 dB at 0 degrees. The sensitivity change

from 3-feet to 6-feet below 1 kHz should be 6 dB or less, and the sensitivity

difference above 4 kHz shall be 4.5dB or less..

  OUTPUT IMPEDANCE: 1.5Kohm or lower.

  MAXIMUM CURRENT: 5 mA

  NOMINAL SUPPLY VOLTAGE: 12V

  PREAMP TYPE: Dual Op-Amp

  S/N RATIO: 60 dB or better, Re 1Pa, A-weighted.

  DIRECTIONAL PATTERN: Unidirectional (Cardioid), -3dB at +/- 60-degrees from

200 Hz to 6 kHz. -10dB at 90 degrees. Uni response -20dB or greater at 180-degrees

up to 4 kHz. Note that higher frequencies may be more directional.

  FREQUENCY RESPONSE: +,- 2dB of provided reference microphone

  DISTORTION: <3% THD @ 1000Hz for 94dB SPL < 0.5% THD @ 1000 Hz for 80

dB  SPL

  NOISE FLOOR: 35 dB SPL, A-weighted equivalent at electrical interface with a

design target of 25 dB SPL.

  MAX INPUT SPL: 110 dB SPL (Max. 5% THD @ 1000 Hz)

Do we have any compatibilty information for these microphones?

BR,

Sachin

The following microphones use standard XLR connectors and can be used with any audio mixer that provides phantom power:

CTS-MIC-OMNIDIR=Omni Directional Microphone, includes 7.5 M cable

MIC-CLNG=Instructor ceiling mounted mic

CTS-MIC-CLNG=Ceiling Mic Audio Science
CTS-MIC-DIR=Directional Microphone, includes 7.5 M cable

Does anyone know the part number for the C40 microphone (Spare)?

Regards

CTS-MIC-OMNIDIR=

Thanks

Srini

This depends on which version of the C40 you have.  For C40 Integrators, they shipped with CTS-MIC-OMNIDIR=

For Profile 55 with a C40 codec, they ship with CTS-MIC-TABL20XLR

The 2 ceiling mics do not specify that they come with a cable. Does anyone know whether or not they come with a cable?

Yes, they do.  They each have a 47' (14 meter) plenum rated microphone cable.

They also have mounting hardware included, for use with standard suspended ceilings.

Hi Team

Does anyone know if 'CTS-MIC-DIR=' is supported on the old MXP 880's? I am positive that it is but just want to make sure. Thanks!

Yes, you can use CTS-MIC-DIR= or even CTS-MIC-OMNIDIR= with a 770-880-990 MXP.  The specs for the mic inputs are as follows:

2 microphone inputs (balanced, 24V phantom powered) via XLR connectors.

Can some provide some specs on the CTS-MIC TABL20? Specifically the cord length. Much appreciated.

Manuel,

I found this document online that may answer your question about cord length.
