Need to find out missed and received calls in CDR.
I went to user reports > top N > by calls > incoming selected > then selected the ext.
I can find a report which says total incoming calls per day, but need to find missed / received calls.
please advise experts.

Hi,
To get missed calls in CDR, first you'd need to have:
"CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration Flag" in your CUCM Service Paramaters set to True.
If this is not set then Missed calls will not be logged.

Hi,
For missed calls to be logged you would need to ensure the "CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration Flag" service parameter is enabled and also ensure that "CDR Enable Flag" parameter is enabled.
User Reports > Top N > By number of Calls , select Incoming option there to see the received calls.
User Reports > Cisco IP Phone Services > Missed Calls , to get the missed call details
