Missing option mark as spam

I can't see the featue mark as spam in cisco 8851 .

version of phone sip88xx.12-8-1-0201-486

System version: 11.5.1.11900-26
any idea?

Hello,

as per release notes, this is supported in the CUCM version 11.5 SU8 and later.

You are not on a version which support this feature. Upgrade to a version @b.winter mentioned   SU(8).

CUCM version is 12.5.1. 

8851 model's don't have the spam list as a softkey . How do I enable it ?

There are many different versions of CM 12.5, could you please specify exactly what version you have and what firmware version you have on your phones?

The setting as such is controlled from here.

I dont have that . Does my CUCM version and 8851 firmware version supports that ?

Likely not as you do not have it. From what I know the feature as such came in the 12.7.1 firmware release for 88XX phones, but it could as well require a newer version of CM than what you have. Your version is SU1 and the latest release is SU7. I took the screenshot from 12.5SU5 CM with sip88xx.14-2-1-0001-14, so on that it does show up. I know we had it with the previous version of the phone firmware as well, sip88xx.14-1-1-0001-125, it’s the same as you have.
