Moving to SIP trunk for multiple CME systems

Hello brains trust, I'm looking for some advice or guidance about how to approach a change from POTS to SIP.

Currently there are 5 CME systems located at 5 office locations. There are SIP trunks (via WAN) between each system for internal calls, all external calls are handled by POTS lines locally at each location. Will be moving to a SIP trunk soon for external calls for all locations.

If I terminate the SIP trunk to one of the CMEs is it as simple as adding some dial peers to steer inbound calls to the other CME locations (and vice-versa for outbound calls) .. ? Or would this be better handled by a CUBE ..?

Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions,

Thanks!

No need of seperate cube router your cme can act as one.

Yes you can terminate lines on one cme and adjust dial peers to make out and in calls from all other locations

Please rate and accept solution if applicable.
