Hello,
I am facing issue while doing outgoing calls then ringing is not played on calling number but called connected, when the calls connected i also not able to hear any voice versa.
my setup is = Genesys>>SIP>>CUBE (IN location)>>SIP>>CUBE (UK location)>>PSTN>>ISP
Would appriciate if anybody get me out of this problem.

Hi Sanjay,
Please get the logs for below debugs from both the CUBEs
debug ccsip message
debug voip ccapi inout
debug isdn q931
Please make sure you setup logging buffer and then collect the logs
Please share the logs along with calling and called party numbers

After referring to the logs, it seems PSTN is not providing Ringback ie no progress indication inband (8) is set at terminating end ie UK cube ..You can refer this document and try steps defined.

From the given logs we can see TElco is passing in-band info that means Telco is sending ring back tone to Genesys server

Please get the SIP logs as well and collect below simultaneous debugs

Also when the call is active ,please collect below show commands output
show call active voice brief for 4 times
