With CME 2 calls per DN is the max. What you can do is create an overlay extensions, and do call forward to the overlay DNs. All of these DNs can be assign to the same button, such as.
ephone-dn 1 dual-line
number 1000
call-forward busy 1002
ephone-dn 2 dual-line
number 1002
call-forward busy 1003
ephone-dn 3 dual-line
number 1003
call-forward busy 1004
.
.
ephone 1
button 1o1,2,3,4,5

sure, or you could also do
ephone 3
button 1o10,20
the only difference will be that the call will come in on the same line instead of the second line.
