HI support
form the branch office to head office call is disconnecting with (Disconnect Cause=38)
but from the head office to branch it is working fine .
i here attached the config and error log
from 4xxx to 7xxx while callingit gets Disconnect
please help us to resolve the issue

Hi Raja,
Look like a routing/firewall problem. Cause 38 mean that the network is not functioning correctly.

Thank you for your update is there is any command that i cam confirm is the problem with routing and firewall
becauz from the branch it is connecting to another branch that work fine . and other branch that is connected to hed office also works fine
please help me is there is any command that i can confirm

That depend on your scenario. Do you have a VPN tunnel between HQ and BR?
