Outbound call failed through FXO

Hi,

         I am getting below error when making outbound call through FXO port.

voice-port 0/1/0

signal groundStart

Any suggestion would  be appreciated....

Seems like you are using groundstart and the router is waiting for the far end to ground the TIP but that does not happen and post a timeout the call is dropped -

Do your inbound calls work fine ? Also, if you are not sure try changing the signaling on the voice-port to loopstart instead and then test.

     We have tried both signals.

   Yes, the inbound calls are working fine.

What do the logs look like for loopstart ? Can you change the signaling to ls and then collect the same set of logs and share ?
