Dear All,
I got problem with outgoing call on sip-trunk, it drops after 19 sec, like after timer..?
The call is connected successfully , the sip server send the 200 ok and the gateway send ack , but this process is continuing until the call is disconnected after 19 sec, in this duration we have seen 200 OK and ack send and recieves.
Showing the error below:
Reason:Q.850;cause=86

Your question is word by word nearly identical like the question in this post:

Have you tried to check, what the reason code 86 means?
You obviously checked the logs of the call, without it, you wouldn't know there reason code. So why didn't you include the call logs already in your original post?
How do you think, anyone should help, without any info / which just your problem description? Just based on the reason code?
How about including also info about your setup? CUCM, CUBE, SIP or ISDN, ...?

This post also seems to be a close match to what you see. https://community.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony-and-phones/dropped-incoming-calls-after-20-seconds-reason-q-850-cause-86/td-p/2466679

Hi Osvaldo,
It would be useful if you could send a full output of a debug ccsip message of a failing call.
If is a CUCM. deployment, also a sdl trace.
Thanks
Regards
Carlo

My infrastructure is organized as follows:
PSTN ---- E1 ---> Gateway --- SIP ---> CUBE c2900 ------SIP ----> CUCM

Might I ask why you have a gateway and an SBC?

I'm new to the area, so if you have any points to make, I'm open.

I added the gateway and the SBC to differentiate that my SBC is not the main provider on my network. But it is he who allows my calls to travel to the public provider.
