Outgoing Call Problem

Hi.

I have configured CME on cisco 2811. now I have incoming calls from PSTN but i can't establish an outgoing calls. I need your help. Destination is not Busy but it return Dest busy message.

AFAICT there is no match for any outbound dial peer. Can you please share your running configuration and what number you’re making the call to in the exact format that you entered it?

What is the called number? From the output you shared in your original post it seems to be nothing.

What debug is it that you had enabled? If it wasn’t debug voip ccapi inout please enable that, then do a call and capture the output into a text file that you attach to your response. That makes it much easier to work on compared to posting it directly in the post.

i suggest to configure your dial-peer in this way

the exact external number is 09015497458?

 

And remember to save cme config with command "create cnf-files" in telephony service context

From what I can tell by the information given by the OP it seems like the port type used could be an FXO. By that your suggested command would not be applicable.

It's FXO port and it doesn't applicable.

The is only a match for the inbound dial-peer and then nothing more in the debug output that you provided.

Can you please share, in a file, the entire configuration of the gateway. Feel free to remove any sensitive information as you see fit.

Can you also please check the status of your dial-peers and your ports to PSTN? It could be that the dial-peer is down because the port is not up. Use these commands sh dial-peer voice summary and sh voice port summary.

I would recommend you to do these changes to your dial-peer.

Thank you! Then frankly I do not know why the dail-peer is not matched when you call. I do suggest that you do these changes as well as they are not needed or is best practices to have.
