password recovery, linux based unity connection

Hi

Can anyone help me recovery procedure for the admin password on a linux based unity connection box. I have a remote system i cant get in to and have to talk a local IT guy though the process.

Whenever that happens just copy the link and remove partner/ from the URL and try again.
