We have installed CUCM 10.5. We see that the new ccmuser is called "Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal". Our problem is that we can not find the personal and corporate directory in the menu options of this new user portal. Does anybody know where this options are?
Thanks a lot

This link did not help. Prior CUCM versions had a way to view and search the entire Corporate directory. The guide only references adding a Speed Dial, and it supposedly "searches" the corp directory ... but in our test didn't. Still looking for a link to see the entire directory....

If you click Phone Settings on the main page, you can go under Phone Contacts and click "Create New Contact". You can then search the corporate directory by typing in the display name field.

Thanks for trying, but this still isn't what we're looking for. CUCM had a Corporate Directory option that allowed a search of all existing CUCM directory entries. This would be a rough equivalent to pressing the Directories button on a phone, then pressing 'search' without any search criteria.

The option Brian mentioned is the only alternative you have now.

Thanks Jaime. What was Cisco thinking....

I have no idea, it was a very useful feature, I don't even think it took that many space/resources to keep it around, instead of deprecating it.

Agreed. It was quite valuable to customers who typically produce printed copies of their directory on a regular basis. It was a selling point in our go-paperless evolving world...

You can pull all users via UDS: https://x.x.x.x:8443/cucm-uds/users
https://developer.cisco.com/site/user-data-services/develop-and-test/api-reference/#query-string-parameters
You would probably want to make a front end for it though to make it a little more user-friendly.
