Hi Team,
Attached screenshot.
We have only 10 phones on branch site registered with CUCM 11.5.
Phone 7821 status rejected and showing the same IP address in CUCM. We have shut the switch port for some time and manually re-added the phone but still showing the same IP and rejected status on phone profile, even port is shutdown.
Please advise the solution .

Follow below steps
1- Change the switch port where the phone is connected to and see if the phone gets registered or not.
2- Disable DHCP and register the phone by manually adding IP, TFTP etc.

I had the same issue,
RESET the phone to factory default.And re-register it will work.
