Phones not generating SEP files

Hi Guys!

Why are the phones not generating SEP files? This is what they are generating

Faith,

This suggests that you have not created the configuration files for your phones with the "create-cnf-file" command.

ideally you should have something like this:

1150 Aug 23 2012 21:48:48 +06:00 its/vrf1/XMLDefault7960.cnf.xml alias SEPxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you have configured a 7960 phone.

You can use the command below to see the files generated from the create cnf command.

CME#sh telephony-service tftp-bindings

You can also use the command below to see the content of each file

cme#more its/vrf1/XMLDefault7960.cnf.xml

So you mena to tell me that i need to making tftp bindings for each phone ?

Eg.

tftp-server system:/its/XMLDefault7920.cnf.xml alias SEP001121CEC80A.cnf.xml
