Presence backup error

Hi guys,

I receive this error every time I perform a Presence Backup...any idea?       

I got a cluster with 2 servers and the System version is 9.1.1.10000-8

    Did you find out how to solve this problem? We have the same trouble after updating the CUP certificates.

Hello,

the error message '/usr/local/sip/.security/proxy/trust-certs/.0' can only be fixed by cisco TAC.

They have to go on the CLI with root access to delete a position in the trust store, which starts with .0

There is no workaround you can fullfill, like renewing certificats or resarting drf services

Hello TAC is not always needed. I had same errror message and I just need regenerate ipsec certificate on cucm publisher and imp presence, then reload DRF Master and Local and backup works perfectly. (CUCM 12.5)
