Hi folks,
I have installed Cisco 3845 router as PSTN gateway and terminated POTS line on voice-port 0/2/2 of HWIC module. Required configuration for voice-port and dial-peer is done as per standard. But I am unable to place/receive calls on pots line through PSTN. No output is shown for "show voice call status". While doing "debug vpm signal" the following message is displayed
htsp_process_event : [0/2/2,S_DOWN,E_DSP_SIG0000]
htsp_process_event : [0/2/2,S_DOWN,E_DSP_SIG0100]
Does it mean unserviceable of HWIC card or voice-port?

Thanks for your response. DSP module is installed in PSTN but don't know whether it is compatible with 3845.
Only the "debug vpm signal" is being displayed and no output for other debug like debug ccapi voice input.
Can u specify what other debug logs is required and which DSP module is compatible with 3845?

show voice dsp
This will give you some useful information.
"look for PVDM. If they are installed and working they will show up here. If they aren't working you will not see anything".
Command: show inventory
