Problem to record a Call From CUCM 7 with Verint Recorder

Hi. I have two CUCM in my company, version 5 and version 7. I can normally record a call from CUCM5 and cannot from CUCM7. I used a Whire Shark to collect the packets and I confirmed that on CUCM5 I can see into the RTP packet the SKINNY protocol but I cannot see it on the RTP packet from CUCM7.

The IP phone models are 7911.

If Verint looks at the SCCP messaging to record calls they may not be compatable with SCCPv17 which was first introduced in CUCM 7.  Here's more information about the SCCP chagnes: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/rel_notes/7_0_1/cucm-rel_notes-701.html#wp584451.

Hi Brian,

Any time you see "partner" in the url just remove it and you should be

good to go

Thanks!! I was able to get it working with JTAPI rather than ICM, but would still like to know why it's not working with ICM Tagging...

I'll read through the doc and see if there is anything that stands out.
