hello,
we are having problems with an ATA190 and transfering calls. We have configured the ATA in our CUCM 9.1.2 and we can make calls but the problem is when we receive a call and we try to transfer it, we have followed the manual but once we press the button "flash" nothing happen.
we have tried with different telephones but we didnt succeed. There´s something that maybe it is important and is the Network Locale of the device, we can only select "United States" but we are using the ATA in a CUCM with all the devices in Spanish, we tried to look for the Spanish file but we found anything.
