I have a cisco 2900 VoIP, organisation VoIP(internal) is all setup and working, soon we will get connected to the PSTN via E1, we will be assinged with a number which people can call, the question is: how can i add a rule for different language? press 1 for English, 2 for spanish and so on? and how can i diver all incoming calls to 5 IP phones? lets say: 7665, 7666, 7667 and so on.

You would build this on your voicemail system such as unity connection or unity express, let us know if you have it and we get guide further.

When you say divert calls do you mean from the auto attendant menu or directly from PSTN?

let's say someone will call from outside(PSTN) with allocated number provided from Telecom Compnay, when they call, the call should only be diverted to the 5 Phone (VoIP internal) not to other phones. thanks again

What is your phone system? Is it CME, CUCM, something else?

it is a CME (cisco 2900)

by the way i am connected via Cisco Configurtion Pro, not terminal

Then simply configure the ephone-dn on the ephone that matches what you are receiving from telco, alternatively you can use things like num-exp or translation rules on the CME CLI to route the call to one extension.
