I have a question regarding ordering of user and extension on th ephone module, The only way I can see to do this is move the user down one by one.
Is there a quicker way to do this?

This is very simply with CLI, copy, adjust and paste.

Thanks for the reply, I am new to all this so I have been told we need to be able to adjust the extensions and users in the call manager web interface

You mentioned ephone so I assumed you have CallManager Express, what system and version do you have?

We are using the Cisco Unified CM administration, system version 8.6.2.21900

Then you can shift them one by one using "modify button items", or you can perform BAT update of the phones if you have a lot of them.
