Hi,

You can run the command show voice dsp group all to check the dsp status. It should show UP.

regds,

aman

I am familiar with this command but it doesn't help to find out  to which pri port the dsp related .

Hi,

you can run the below commands in sequence:

first login in the GW

a. term mon

b. debug isdn q931

c. Now place the call.

d. After u place the call, u will find call has gone through port at bottom like se0/0/3:15 with called and calling number

003980: Feb  8 17:43:15.814: ISDN Se0/0/3:15 Q931: TX -> CONNECT_ACK pd = 8  callref = 0x000C

e. Now run the command show voice dsp detailed which will give output as below with DSP NUM

DSP    DSP                 DSPWARE CURR  BOOT                         PAK   TX/RX
TYPE   NUM CH CODEC        VERSION STATE STATE   RST AI VOICEPORT TS ABRT PACK COUNT
====== === == ========= ========== ===== ======= === == ========= == ==== ============
SP2600 001 01 g729r8        36.1.2 busy  idle      0  0 0/0/3:15  31    0    7163/7331

f. Now, u can run the command show voice dsp group all also

dsp 1:
  State: UP, firmware: 36.1.2
  Max signal/voice channel: 43/43
Max credits: 645, Voice credits: 645, Video credits: 0
  num_of_sig_chnls_allocated: 30
  Transcoding channels allocated: 0
  Group: FLEX_GROUP_VOICE, complexity: FLEX
Shared credits: 624, reserved credits: 0
    Signaling channels allocated: 30
    Voice channels allocated: 1
    Credits used (rounded-up): 21
    Voice channels:
      Ch01: voice port: 0/0/3:15.31,

regds,

Right now I can't proccess calls on this DSP  so I'm looking for somthing like :

DSP  from slot 1 process calls from voice port 0/0/0 , 0/0/1  .

DSP  from slot 2 process calls from voice port 0/1/0 , 0/1/1.

Is it possible ?

No idea, if we can achieve this.

Can u share show version/show diag and show voice dsp detailed from router?

regds,

aman

On the 44xx series routers/gateways, the DSPs for the interfaces are on the interface card. DSPs on the motherboard are purely for conferences/transcoding.
