Remove Self care portal login screen

I need to remove (or at least turn off) the self care portal url. Does anyone know how I can do this?

I thought it maybe similar to the process of stopping the PLM service via CLI - but I couldn't find anything relating to Self Care Portal.

The ideal outcome would be when browsing to the CUCM address - the Installed Applications screen shows:

• Cisco Unified Communications Manager
• Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal
• Cisco Prime License Manager

but when the user Clicks the Self care portal link they get a message similar to:

Cisco Self Care Portal was removed from this server by the system administrator on <date>. If you require further assistance please contact the system administrator.

I am not aware of disabling it from within CUCM, but perhaps you can try doing it on DNS site by redirecting https://<CUCM host>/ucmuser/ to web page with the message you want to display.

Another option if you're running a proxy server is to block that URL.

Self Care Portal is not a service, as all the other webpages, it depends on Tomcat.

There is no way to remove it when you browse to the ip/hostname/FQDN of the server.
