Hi there

Check the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Group in your Route List. May be the Sub3 is the first priority in your CUCM Group.

Hope this helps!

Cheers
Rath!

@Ratheesh Kumar  third subscriber is on last priority in cm group.

- Reset the Route List

- Do the diagnostic test from CLI and see if there is any issue.

- Create a TEST CM group with only on CM server in it and see if it gets registered with that node to which you want this to get registered with.

- Try deleting and adding it again.

- Is still there is an issue check the replication status

Sounds more like a DB issue. Please check the status.

Does “Run all Nodes” makes a difference to you.

Hope this helps

@Ratheesh Kumar

unchecked "Run all Nodes" solved the issue but why it append ?

Basically what happens when you check the "Run on all Active CM nodes", With this The RL will register with server having highest with highest CTI ID/node id. In those case the CM Group priority is not coming into picture. is

Hope this Helps
